How the packages work:
Yoga & Pilates are invoiced on the 25th of each month & to be paid by the 2nd of the next month.
Our packages (classes and/or sessions) are valid for the month of purchase & cannot be carried over to the following month.
Booking management:
You will be added to Octiv where you will be able to book freely into your classes/sessions.
Cancellation Policy:
For classes, you have a 30min cancellation threshold to allow other clients to be able to book.
For privates, semi-privates & Biokinetics, please respect our 24 hour cancellation policy. As a “by appointment only” business, this 24 hour cancellation policy is essential to the running of our business. Failure to cancel your appointment within this time frame you will be charged.
