Pilates

Pilates is a mind-body form of exercise which can help with injury prevention, general strength, sport performance & overall health by focusing on intrinsic strength & mobility. Our qualified BASI instructor is also a registered Biokineticist, therefore an ideal setting for injury prevention & management of chronic injuries (e.g. low back pain).

Private one-one-one sessions & duo sessions are available on the mat or the Balanced Body equipment. We also offer small classes.
